About the role
You’ll provide focused individual and family therapy for 2–3 teens over ~10 weeks inside our virtual IOP. We reduce friction: coordination, consent, reminders, and core templates, so you can spend your time on meaningful clinical work. You’ll collaborate with our clinical team, contribute to outcome tracking, and help families build durable skills that last beyond treatment.
What you’ll do
- Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned teens
- Hold structured family coaching/check‑ins
- Run one or two group therapy sessions (4-7PM EST on Mon-Wed-Thu)
- Use templates and prompts to complete clear, timely documentation
- Coordinate care with the IOP team for consistency and momentum
- Communicate progress and next steps to families with clarity and warmth
You’re a great fit if
- Independent license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent); adolescent + family experience
- Comfortable delivering engaging virtual sessions and handling light tech flow
- Organized, reliable, and clear with boundaries in a remote setting
- Collaborative, outcomes‑curious, and motivated by real‑world impact
Bonus points
- IOP/PHP or higher‑acuity experience
- Spanish fluency
- Experience with experiential modalities (art, music, drama, somatic, etc.)
Offer at a glance
- Compensation: $75–$100/hour (experience‑based)
- Type: 1099 contract; payment for clinical contact hours
- Commitment: 0.5 FTE (2–3 teens) or 1.0 FTE (6-7 teens) across ~10 weeks (+ option to extend)
- Schedule: flexible—coordinate directly with families (we support scheduling)
- Location: fully remote (reliable internet + confidential workspace)
- Licensing: active U.S. license required; we support and fast‑track Florida telehealth registration if needed
