How does the program work?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides comprehensive mental health treatment while your teen stays at home.
Program schedule:
- β’ 3 hours of therapy per day (4:30-7:30 PM EST)
- β’ 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
- β’ 8-12 week program duration
- β’ All sessions conducted virtually
What's included:
- Group therapy with peers
- Individual therapy twice weekly
- Weekly family therapy
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- 24/7 crisis support
- Parent support groups
