Common questions families ask

Is this right for my teen?

+

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for teens who need more support than weekly therapy but don't require hospitalization.

Perfect for teens experiencing:

  • β€’ Severe anxiety or depression affecting daily life
  • β€’ Self-harm behaviors or suicidal thoughts
  • β€’ School refusal or significant academic decline
  • β€’ Social isolation or relationship difficulties
  • β€’ Recent crisis or trauma

Not sure if it's the right fit? That's exactly what our free consultation call is for. We'll assess your teen's needs and recommend the best level of care.

Will insurance cover this?

+

We accept most major insurance plans and are in-network with many providers. Our team will verify your benefits and explain your coverage before treatment begins.

What we'll help you understand:

  • Your deductible and how much has been met
  • Your copay or coinsurance amount
  • Any out-of-network benefits if applicable
  • Maximum out-of-pocket costs

For families without insurance or preferring self-pay, we offer competitive rates and payment plans. Contact us for details.
