Kin Medical Group PA reviews concerns about client rights, privacy, safety, services, and quality of care. You may submit anonymously; identifying and contact information is optional.
Making a good-faith grievance will not result in retaliation or barriers to care.

Kin aims to acknowledge a grievance within one business day when feasible and seeks resolution within 20 days. We will let you know if review needs longer.

You may report a safety or quality-of-care concern directly to Joint Commission without completing Kin's process first.
